Hi, thanks for checking out this workshop.
Productivity is defined as the state or quality of producing something.
I’ve got my own definition of productivity…the act of gracefully producing fulfillment and resilience in your work—and, more importantly, in your life—by aligning your actions with purpose and cultivating a balance that nurtures both achievement and well-being.
In this interactive workshop, participants will challenge their thinking about productivity and their current approach to managing all their stuff—emails, meetings, calendars, projects, tasks, personal commitments, and dreams. For the past 20 years, I have been leading people through these timeless & powerful principles of productivity. The one side is the tactical/Outlook productivity and, the other side and more important one—in my humble opinion—the principles of personal growth:
Capture - establish a trusted method to “get a handle” on what you need to see and deal with.
Convert - turn these inputs (emails, messages, meetings, etc.) into what they are, what Danny calls “T, S, A.”
Organize - work from your calendar, leveraging Microsoft® Outlook® to create a strong daily plan.
Complete - be confident knowing you’re working on what you should be working on.
Identify their core values - you don’t need to find “your purpose”; it happens when you live your values
Develop a bold vision of what they desire their year to look like—before it actually happens…so more of it actually will
(this is the power, and I’ll share with them how the human brain responds)
Understand the power of a positive mindset—and how to manage it when the negativity creeps in
