A little background on Dr. Shahana; she’s a lead physician at one of British Columbia's largest youth health centers. With a professional history in cognitive behavioral therapy, much of her career has been focused on those struggling with their mental health. Her insights are highly sought after and her TED talk, Emotional Literacy for Better Mental Health, has received rave reviews.
